These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the FaveFlow mobile application and
related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by FaveFlow Team ("FaveFlow," "we," "us," or "our").
By creating an account, downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Eligibility (17+). You must be at least 17 years old to use the Service.

2) The Service
FaveFlow is a lipstick management companion that helps you organize your lipstick collection, capture details such as brand/shade/price, compare shades, and curate favorites. Features may change over time as we improve the Service.
3) Accounts and Security
- Account information: If the Service requires an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information (such as name/username/email) and keep it up to date.
- Account security: You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
4) Your Content
You may submit, store, or generate content in the Service, including collection data, images you choose to attach, and support messages ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content.
You grant FaveFlow a limited license to host, store, reproduce, process, and display your User Content only as necessary to operate, maintain, and provide the Service and to improve functionality and security.
You are responsible for ensuring you have all necessary rights to submit your User Content.
5) Acceptable Use
- Do not use the Service unlawfully or for unlawful purposes.
- Do not infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
- Do not upload malware or interfere with the Service.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access.
- Do not reverse engineer except where permitted by law.
- Do not disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
6) Privacy
Our separate Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information. By using the Service, you also acknowledge and agree to our Privacy Policy as provided separately.
7) Purchases and Subscriptions (If Offered)
If the Service offers in-app purchases or subscriptions, additional terms may apply at the time of purchase. Payments processed through Apple are subject to Apple's applicable terms. Billing, renewals, and cancellations follow the rules of the platform through which you purchased.
8) Intellectual Property
The Service (excluding User Content), including its software, design, logos, and trademarks, is owned by FaveFlow or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not use our branding except as permitted by law or with our prior written permission.
9) Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, we must comply with law, or it is necessary to protect the Service or other users.
10) Disclaimers
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.
11) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FaveFlow Team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FaveFlow Team's total liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to FaveFlow for the Service in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim (or, if you have not paid anything, USD $10).
12) Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless FaveFlow Team from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
13) Governing Law and Dispute Resolution (Binding Arbitration)
Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where FaveFlow Team primarily operates (excluding conflict-of-laws rules), except where local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
Binding arbitration. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration administered in the jurisdiction of our principal place of business, except either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court for claims related to intellectual property or unauthorized access.
Class action waiver. To the extent permitted by law, disputes must be brought on an individual basis only, not as part of a class, collective, or representative proceeding.
14) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms with a new effective date. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
