This Privacy Policy explains how FaveFlow Team ("FaveFlow," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use the FaveFlow mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

1) Information We Collect
We collect information in three ways: (a) information you provide, (b) information collected automatically, and (c) cookies and similar technologies (where applicable).
1.1 Information you provide
- Account and profile information: name, username, email address.
- Customer support and communications: the content you send to us (e.g., support requests, feedback, attachments).
- Content you create or store: details about your lipstick collection (e.g., brand, shade, price, notes, favorites), and any photos you choose to attach.
- We do not perform face recognition and we do not collect or use biometric identifiers or biometric information.
- If you choose one-time photo processing, we process only to provide the result and then delete it (see Retention).
- By default, your collection content is stored locally on your device unless you choose to upload content for a specific feature.
- We do not use your photos for advertising/marketing, and we do not use them to train models.
1.2 Information collected automatically
- Device information: device model, operating system version, language/region settings, app version, and diagnostics.
- Usage data and analytics: interactions with the app, feature usage, performance metrics.
- Crash logs: information to diagnose and fix crashes and errors.
- Location: approximate or precise location only if you grant permission; you can revoke at any time.
- Log data: IP address, timestamps, and technical information necessary to operate and secure the Service.
1.3 Cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies
Some parts of the Service (for example, sign-in pages, web-based content shown inside the app, or help/support pages) may use cookies and similar technologies (which may include web beacons) to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and improve security and performance.
You can control cookies through your browser or device settings (availability depends on the environment). If you disable cookies, some functions may not work properly.
2) How We Use Information
- Provide and maintain the Service (including login, core features, and reliability).
- Personalize your experience (preferences, favorites, organization).
- Improve and develop the Service (debugging, analytics, performance).
- Protect security and prevent fraud/abuse.
- Support you and respond to requests.
- Comply with law and enforce policies.
We do not sell your personal information.
3) Optional AI-Assisted Features (If Enabled/Used)
FaveFlow may offer optional features that use automated or AI-assisted processing to help you organize your lipstick collection (for example, extracting structured attributes from an image or text you choose to upload, or helping compare shades).
- You control whether to upload text and/or images for processing.
- Processing occurs on our own servers operated by FaveFlow (not on third-party servers for processing).
- We do not share the uploaded content with any third party for this processing.
- The uploaded content is used only to generate the requested output and is deleted promptly after processing is completed.
- The content is not used for advertising/marketing and is not used to train models.
5) International Data Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent mechanisms.
6) Data Retention
- Account/profile: for the duration of your account.
- After account deletion: deleted or anonymized within 30 days unless required by law.
- Usage analytics: up to 12 months (may be aggregated/de-identified).
- Support content: up to 6 months after resolution (unless needed longer for legal/security reasons).
- One-time photo/text processing: deleted promptly after processing is completed.
7) Security
We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption in transit and (where applicable) at rest, access controls, regular reviews/audits, and backups. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
8) Your Privacy Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict/object, or withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email us at kdfrcxyxwo5482@outlook.com. We aim to respond within 5 business days and may ask you to verify your identity.
You can enable/disable location access at any time in your device settings.
9) Third-Party Services
If the Service integrates or links to third-party services, their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We are not responsible for third-party practices.
10) Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated policy.
